And my views on the above numbers:
HDB owners in Sengkang and Punggol area planning to sell within the new few years should be worried. If you own a unit in the mature estate, the demand is still there and the price should hold on.
Properties within 5 mins to 10 mins to MRT will still command a premium.
And if you can afford an EC, please go ahead before price starts to climb up.
